Push through the emotional crap

Life does not get any better than this. Julie did a handstand in front of the Manhattan skyline, and I just love this picture

It's turning towards summer in New York. The sky has just the right shade of blue, the sun is getting warm, and the city is awakening from its winter slumber. I never seize to be amazed by how one can form such a strong identity and such close bonds, with a country in which one was not born. I am convinced true happiness is not found in a set of circumstances, but in not letting our circumstances determine our actions. I never let my experiences stop me from following my dreams, and no matter how hard the road gets, I never give up. Giving up is not an option. Fighting through all the emotional stuff and all of the bullcrap, is always worth it. No matter where you are at in your life, never stop fighting. The cloud layers will shift, the sun will come out tomorrow. There is hope. If you keep pushing back, eventually somethings gotta give. Just keep pushing. And if your too tired to push, then just hang on and someone else will help you push. At the end of the day it is the times when you had to push the hardest, that you come to realize you gained the most strength. Don't ever wonder if its worth it. Just because you cannot see it, does not mean you will not see it, it is always worth it to push through. Circumstances do shift, life does change, and great happiness comes from places where you least expect it.
